Before the start of each fiscal year, MECASA develops a plan for our upcoming work. You can scroll down or click here to see our fiscal year 2025 plan (covers anticipated work from October 1st, 2024-September 30, 2025). This plan is informed by your responses to our annual needs assessment and other conversations we have with you throughout the year. The document is organized around MECASA’s four goals that we hope to make progress towards over multiple years (for the first three of these goals, this is the fourth year using them!) and were developed in response to needs assessment results and national trends.
