Before the start of each fiscal year, MECASA develops a plan for our upcoming work. You can scroll down or click here to see our fiscal year 2024 plan (covers anticipated work from October 1st, 2023-September 30, 2024). This plan is informed by your responses to our annual needs assessment and other conversations we have with you throughout the year. The document is organized around MECASA’s three focus areas. The focus areas are strategic goals we hope to make progress towards over multiple years (this is the start of year two working towards these focus areas) and were developed in response to needs assessment results and national trends.
