Our Annual Plan

MECASA's Focus Area Strategies
FY23
Before the start of each fiscal year, MECASA develops a plan for our upcoming work. You can scroll down or click here to see our fiscal year 2023 plan (covers anticipated work from October 1st, 2022-September 30, 2023). This plan is informed by your responses to our annual needs assessment and other conversations we have with you throughout the year. The document is organized around MECASA’s three focus areas. The focus areas are strategic goals we hope to make progress towards over multiple years (this is the start of year two working towards these focus areas) and were developed in response to needs assessment results and national trends.

Please note that many of our reccurring supports to you all (and other partners) may not be listed here but will still happen! You can check out the upcoming trainings and peer calls page to see what’s on deck for learning events. You can also reach out to any MECASA staff to ask about upcoming work or request to check out their program-specific workplan!
